Goat Yoga
Our friendly Nigerian dwarf goats are the heart of Lahaina Goat Yoga! Each one is hand-raised with love, making them gentle, playful, and eager to connect with our guests. They bring a unique joy and warmth to every class, creating unforgettable moments and endless smiles.
Why Try Goat Yoga?
Goat yoga combines the well-known benefits of yoga with the therapeutic joy of animal-assisted therapy, making it an uplifting experience for both body and mind. The calm, friendly nature of our hand-raised Nigerian dwarf goats creates a unique, rewarding atmosphere, adding playfulness and connection to each class.
Benefits of Yoga
Yoga offers endless benefits, including improved posture, flexibility, and mental clarity. It can reduce anxiety, alleviate pain, lower blood pressure, increase serotonin, and improve circulation, leaving you feeling balanced and refreshed.
The Added Perks of Goat Therapy
Animals bring extra warmth to yoga, enhancing mood and boosting endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin. This unique experience can reduce feelings of loneliness, ease PTSD symptoms, and lower blood pressure. In minutes, our compassionate goats will feel like new friends, creating a lasting impact on your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
